VEA serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, manages all communication, processes maintenance requests, coordinates vendors, and keeps the owner informed with clear updates and recommendations. Owners maintain full approval control over repairs while benefiting from organized systems, reduced interruptions, and proactive property oversight.

When advertising, lease execution, or regulated leasing activities require a licensed professional, VEA partners with a licensed real estate broker.   • VEA does not guarantee tenant payment. However, we actively monitor rent activity, follow up on late payments, and coordinate next steps with owners to reduce delinquency risk.
